How to get to Suzhou?

From Pudong International Airport

High-speed train/Bullet train

Take Metro Line 2 from Pudong International Airport, get off at GuangLan Road Stop, change to the opposite Metro Line 2 that heads to the opposite direction (towards XuJingDong) and then get off at Shanghai Hongqiao Railway Station. The whole trip takes about 100 minutes;
Take the high-speed train or bullet train from Shanghai Hongqiao Railway Station to Suzhou. The train ride takes about 25 minutes;

Pudong Airport Metro Line 2 → GuanglanRoad (change to the same line in the opposite direction) → Hongqiao Railway Station →Suzhou
You can also take Metro Line 2 from Pudong International Airport, get off at GuangLan Road Stop, change to the opposite Metro Line 2 that heads to the opposite direction, then transfer to Metro Line 1 at People’s Square Stop and get off at Shanghai Railway Station. The whole trip takes about 90 minutes;
Take the high-speed train or bullet train from Shanghai Railway Station to Suzhou. The train ride takes about 35 minutes;

Pudong Airport Metro Line 2 → GuanglanRoad (change to the same line in the opposite direction) → Switch to Metro Line 1 at the People’s Square Stop
→Shanghai Railway Station→ Suzhou

Remark:

1. Operating hours of Hongqiao – Suzhou high-speed train: 6:00-22:00;
2. Suzhou has three railway stations, i.e., Suzhou Railway Station, Suzhou Industrial Park Railway Station and Suzhou North Railway Station; Please choose Suzhou Railway Station and Suzhou Industrial Railway Station which are nearer to the Expo Centre.
3. Fare: Bullet train: First Class 30.5 RMB, Second Class 25.5 RMB; High-speed train: First Class 59.5 RMB, Second Class 39.5 RMB;

How to arrive at Suzhou International Expo Centre?

From Suzhou Railway Station

Twelve miles away from Suzhou International Expo Centre;
Bus: Take Express Bus Line 2 at the railway station and get off at the International Expo Centre stop; the trip takes about 25 minutes;
Subway: Take Subway Line 2 at the railway station and transfer to Subway Line 1 at the Guangjinanlu stop to Suzhou Cultural Exhibition Center station;

From the Suzhou Industrial Railway Station

4km away from the Suzhou International Expo Centre. It costs about 15 RMB to get there by taxi;

From Suzhou North Railway Station

20km away from the Suzhou International Expo Centre;
Take Subway Line 2 and transfer to Subway Line 1 at the GuangjiNanlu station to Suzhou Cultural Exhibition Center station;

Bus routes
You can take the following buses to the Expo Center: Line 219, 2, 28, 47, 106, 129, 206, 158, 812, 156, 120, 215 and Express Bus line 2.
