MEMS, the Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems, is a 21st century leading technology emerged from the development of semi-conductor integrated circuit micro-fabrication and super-precision machining technologies. As the technology develops and the industry matures, MEMS has infiltrated into many aspects of high technology and products as a basic processing and manufacturing method. MEMS has huge market demand and needs localization in consumer electronics, the Internet of Things, oil exploration and extraction, environment monitoring, medical service, biochemistry, auto industry, aerospace and national security.
As the most professional, well-known and authentic international Nano technology exhibition in China, CHInano always keeps MEMS as the key part of the whole exhibition. It is run as a separate show by CHInano 2015. CHINA MEMS 2014 was a great success. Professionals gathered around the exhibitions for semiconductor, auto, electronics manufacturing, consumer electronics, military technology, aerospace, sensors, the Internet of Things, etc. Foreign audiences from 28 regions attended the show. Well-known MEMS application and equipment manufacturer, device manufacturer, MEMS key lab specialists and experts from the "863 program" of Ministry of Science and Technology attended our exhibition and high-level forum.
The MEMS branch of China Semiconductor Industry Association was officially set up at November 29, 2014 and soon became the organizing agency for the MEMS Show. The MEMS branch will organize 200 of its members and hundreds of experts in the MEMS industry to attend the MEMS Show and forum. Meanwhile, its annual meeting will be held during the exhibition period.
