Nano-manufacturing is the foundation of nanotechnology applications. Recently the international trend of nanotechnology development displayed some new characteristics, one of which is emphasizing the combination of nano-manufacturing and the industry, accelerating the transformation of Nano research findings. China has become a leading country in nanotechnology research and has made great progress on research of application and transformation of technical findings. Succeeding its three previous successfully held meetings (Nano Trends 2011, Hefei; Nano Trends 2012, Suzhou; Nano Trends 2014, Nanjing), this meeting will have 100 participants and 20 of them are foreign representatives. It will build a high-end platform for exchanging opinions on Nano-manufacturing technology, focusing mainly on the cutting-edge research, application and industrialization of Nano-manufacturing technology; it will promote the transformation of technological findings of Nano-manufacturing and facilitate the progress of research on Nano-manufacturing technology.
